Canadian Orders
All orders with a minimum value of $80 CAD ship free within Canada. Orders under $80 CAD are charged a flat rate of $14.99 CAD. All orders automatically ship insured for the full value of order with signature required and include a tracking number provided to customer on shipment creation.
Orders are shipped with one of Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex or UPS at the discretion of Honolua. We ship via whichever method works best for your shipping address based on cost and estimated delivery time.
Estimated transit times depending on location are:
to Alberta - 1-2 business days
to BC, Sask, Man - 2-3 business days
to Ont, Qc, NWT, YT - 3-4 business days
to Maritimes - 4-5 business days
US Orders
All orders with a minimum value of $80 CAD ship free within mainland USA. Orders under $80 CAD are charged a flat rate of $14.99 CAD. All orders automatically ship insured for the full value of order with signature required and include a tracking number provided to customer on shipment creation.
Orders are typically shipped with USPS Express service with 2 day service to most areas. Orders need to be moved to our Montana distribution center before shipping, please allow an extra business day for transfer. Tracking numbers begin to update once picked up from distribution center. Most packages arrive anywhere in mainland USA within 3-4 business days from order.
Orders should not incur any customs or duty charges.
International Orders
International orders are charged a shipping rate per order regardless of order value. Customers can view shipping rate in their shopping cart once products are added and shipping address has been entered before making payment. International orders are shipping with UPS International Express. Customer is responsible for any applicable customs/duty charges.
