Shipping
Canadian Orders
Orders of $100 CAD or more ship free within Canada. Orders under $100 CAD are charged a flat rate of $14.99 CAD. Every order ships insured for the full value of the order with signature required, and a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the label is created.
Orders are shipped with one of Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx or UPS at the discretion of Honolua. We ship via whichever method works best for your shipping address based on cost and estimated delivery time.
Estimated transit time is 2-7 business days depending on your location.
US Orders
Orders of $100 USD or more ship free within the mainland USA. Orders under $100 USD are charged a flat rate of $14.99 USD. Every order ships insured for the full value of the order with signature required, and a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the label is created.
Orders are typically shipped with USPS Express service. Orders are moved to our Montana distribution center before shipping, and tracking numbers begin to update once picked up from the distribution center. Estimated transit time is 3-6 business days.
There are no customs, duty or tariff charges to pay on US orders.
Outside Canada and the USA
We do not currently ship outside of Canada and the United States.
Refund Policy
We believe as strongly in customer service as we do in our products, and we want you to love your new instrument, so if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@honoluaukuleles.com so we can help solve the problem to your satisfaction.
Returns
We offer full refund within 30 days of order if you don't love your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must appear unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds are processed on receipt of the product and inspection confirming "as new" condition. Refunds may take 2-3 days to appear on your statement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranty
All products are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty against manufacturer defect. Manufacturer warranty does not cover problems that arise due to especially high/low humidity or temperature levels.
