Canadian Orders
All ukuleles ship free within Canada. Other orders of $100 or more ship free too; orders under $100 CAD are charged a flat rate of $14.99. All orders automatically ship insured for the full value of order and include a tracking number provided to customer on shipment creation.
Orders are shipped with one of Canada Post, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex or UPS at the discretion of Honolua. We ship via whichever method works best for your shipping address based on cost and estimated delivery time.
Estimated transit times depending on location are:
to Alberta - 1-2 business days
to BC, Sask, Man - 2-3 business days
to Ont, Qc, NWT, YT - 3-4 business days
to Maritimes - 4-5 business days
US Orders
All ukuleles ship free within mainland USA. Other orders of $100 or more ship free too; orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $14.99. All orders automatically ship insured for the full value of order and include a tracking number provided to customer on shipment creation.
Orders are typically shipped with USPS Express service with 2 day service to most areas. Orders need to be moved to our Montana distribution center before shipping, please allow an extra business day for transfer. Tracking numbers begin to update once picked up from distribution center. Most packages arrive anywhere in mainland USA within 3-4 business days from order.
US orders never pay customs, duty or tariffs. We cover them, so nothing is due when your ukulele arrives.
International Orders
Checkout takes Canadian and U.S. addresses. For anywhere else, email us at info@honoluaukuleles.com and we'll quote shipping by UPS International Express. Customer is responsible for any applicable customs/duty charges.
